Armando instructs the following:
  • TRAIN HARD KONG HARDER (KIDS 9-16)
  • *Light Blue Band Required
    Classes For: Ages 9-16
    Students in this class have mastered vaults and will now explore more advanced Parkour movements with a focus on bar techniques. 

  • FLIP N FLOW (ALL AGES)
  • *Yellow Band Required
    Classes For: (Ages 9+, Adults)
    In this level, students will refine their Freerunning skills with a concentration on flow.

  • HARDCORE PARKOUR (KIDS 9-16)
  •  *Dark Blue Band Required
    Classes For: Kids, Ages 9-16
    Advanced Parkour movements will be taught, along with an introduction to basic flips and tricks utilized in Freerunning.

  • KONGQUEST - WORKOUT CLASS (ADULTS 17+)
  • Open to Adults, Ages 17+, both beginners and experienced practitioners in the sport of parkour. Looking for something extra to supplement your training or just interested in trying out a new workout class? "Kongquest" is a fitness class with a focus on proper form, coordination, and building the right kind of strength and efficiency for parkour and freerunning.
     

  • TEMPEST TADPOLES (KIDS 6-8)
  • *Classes For: Ages 6-8
    Tadpoles focus on building confidence and foundational skills necessary to continue further growth in the disciplines of Parkour and Freerunning. Guided by our gentle and encouraging coaches, Tadpoles learn to perform moves and skills in the safe environment of our gym.

  • HARDCORE PARKOUR (ADULTS 17+)
  • *Dark Blue Band Required
    Classes For: Adults, Ages 17+
    Advanced Parkour movements will be taught, along with an introduction to basic flips and tricks utilized in Freerunning.

  • BEGINNERS (ADULTS 17+)
  • *Adult Beginner Class, Ages 17 & up.
    Beginners will focus on building strength, balance, and full body awareness using the fundamental movements of Parkour.

  • BEGINNERS (KIDS 9-16)
  • *Beginners Class for Kids, Ages 9-16
    Beginners will focus on building strength, balance, and full body awareness using the fundamental movements of Parkour.
