Meet: Freedom of Reach

2. What’s one of your proudest moments so far?

One of my proudest moments was when I did my first vault outside on concrete. That was the moment I knew I would take this “parkour thing” all the way.

3. Looking back on when you started, what was one of your biggest fears or hesitations that you got over?

One of my biggest fears was doing any move high up, off the ground. I had a height mental block, and I still have some butterflies when I’m on a wall or ledge high up. But, I’m pretty good with it now.

4. What’s your ultimate goal for your training? Any big future plans?

My overall goal for freerunning was to just get the best I could, and go as far as I can go. My future goals are to become a stuntman or work in movies. The only thing I want more than that, though, is to have Freedom Of Reach be a major freerunning team, and have it not just be known in the parkour world, but by everyone. These team members I have are my best friends, and they are the people I want to spend the rest of my life with.

5. Got a tip or two for people who want to get started seriously training?

If you want to start freerunning, go to the Tempest Freerunning Academy. They are the best of the best there. Also, whatever you do, don’t give up!

1. Why did you start freerunning? What was the initial spark?

I started freerunning because I landed my first backflip, and I wondered what my body was truly capable of.

2. What’s one of your proudest moments so far?

My proudest moment so far has been joining Team FoR…as soon as I was on the team, I knew my parkour career would advance.
